Merkle Announces Mobile-Loyalty Platform Collaboration with Airship and Salesforce

Merkle, dentsu’s leading customer experience transformation consultancy, has announced a new partnership with Airship and Agentforce Marketing to launch an integrated mobile-first loyalty solution that enhances how brands engage customers through real-time, personalized experiences.
