Outreach, a leading AI Sales Execution Platform, has announced its integration with Zoom Mail, part of Zoom’s AI-first work platform. This collaboration enables revenue teams to connect Outreach with Zoom Mail and Zoom Calendar within the Zoom Workplace app, allowing sellers to sync and send emails directly from Outreach using Zoom Mail. Additionally, users can link their Zoom and Outreach calendars to coordinate events and schedule meetings seamlessly. The integration introduces features such as email templates, attachment support within templates, pre-written content snippets, reminders for sent emails, meeting availability sharing, and open and click tracking for performance metrics.

Brendan Ittelson, Chief Ecosystem Officer at Zoom, highlighted the benefits: “Revenue teams need a unified platform that simplifies workflows and helps them win consistently.” Abhijit Mitra, CEO of Outreach, emphasized, “The combination of our AI plus Zoom’s AI-first work platform will enable reps to spend less time on toggling between platforms and instead focus on building meaningful relationships with customers.” Currently in private beta, the integration is expected to be widely available in the coming months.
