Vonage, an Ericsson company, has launched Vonage Conversations for Agentforce Marketing, an innovative solution that integrates rich, bi-directional messaging flows such as SMS, WhatsApp, and Rich Communication Service (RCS) messaging into the Salesforce platform, intended to enable enterprises to reach customers in the manner of their choice while improving the outcomes of engagement. Driven by Vonage Communications APIs, the converged solution allows marketers to orchestrate personalized, omnichannel conversations within a single solution using existing rich customer information resident in the Salesforce platform, that too without adding complexity. It supports live agent conversation, agentic AI, facilitating hyper-personalized, always-on conversations that power proactively driven customer journeys.
