With Notebook AI, powered by Zoho’s Zia, users gain smart tools. They can use Ask with My Content and Ask Anything for context-aware Q&A. Meeting Notes offers real-time transcription and summarization. Mind Map Generation helps visualize ideas. Smart Note Creation provides instant task lists, templates, and organized content. Writing Enhancement sharpens tone and grammar. Also, Multilingual Voice Search and Translation cover 80 languages, featuring eight Indian languages. Zoho announced a new integration between Zoho Voice and Zoho CRM. This will allow automatic call transcription and AI-generated meeting notes right in CRM records.
