HubSpot’s Social Post Agent Automates Content Creation for Marketers

HubSpot has rolled out its Social Post Agent, a generative AI tool within its platform that helps marketers automatically generate, edit, and schedule social content aligned with calendar events and brand identity. Once enabled, the agent analyzes upcoming dates, topics, and trends and produces three distinct post suggestions for each theme-previewed across different social networks-and lets users review, refine, publish, or schedule them directly.

Marketers can configure the agent’s tone, access to tools and knowledge sources, and automate when it runs (daily, weekly, monthly) so it generates content without manual prompting. The system supports customization of brand voice, hashtag usage, and keyword filters, while providing a testing mode to preview performance. Because the agent operates inside HubSpot and taps schema and calendar signals, it streamlines social media workflows without pulling data out, helping teams scale content output more efficiently and consistently.
