Zoom Communications, Inc. and Mitel, a global leader in business communications, have announced the worldwide rollout of a groundbreaking hybrid cloud solution. This integration brings together Zoom Workplace and Zoom AI Companion with Mitel’s industry-leading telephony platforms, marking a key milestone in their strategic partnership unveiled in September 2024.

Phased Rollout for Seamless Integration

By the end of 2025, MiVoice 5000 and MX-ONE solutions will also be supported.

Additionally, Mitel’s OpenScape CP and Mitel 6900 Series devices have received Zoom Phone certification, ensuring a smooth user experience. The certification of Mitel’s OpenScape SBC enables compatibility with Zoom’s Bring-Your-Own-PBX (BYOP) and Bring-Your-Own-Carrier (BYOC) direct routing capabilities, with Mitel Border Gateway (MBG) certification scheduled in the coming weeks.
