Zoho has introduced Zia Hubs, an intelligent content layer within Zoho WorkDrive designed to extract actionable insights from unstructured business data—such as PDFs, emails, audio, video, and other file formats—by leveraging its proprietary AI, Zia. Users can create focused “hubs” to organize project‑ or task‑specific content, where Zia automatically organizes files by context—identifying section headings, grouping related text and visuals, generating transcripts for multimedia, and linking key moments to topics. Beyond content aggregation, Zia can answer cross-format questions with precise citations, enabling unified search and combined analysis.
