Clarifai and Getty Images Forge Strategic Partnership to Offer AI-Generated Images to Clarifai Clients
On December 10, 2024, Clarifai, a global leader in AI development and computer vision, announced a strategic partnership with Getty Images, a prominent creator and marketplace for visual content. This collaboration integrates Getty Images’ generative AI capabilities directly into the Clarifai platform, offering enterprise customers access to high-quality, responsibly developed generative AI visuals via an API.
Powered by NVIDIA AI and Edify, and trained on Getty Images’ extensive creative library, this integration allows Clarifai users to generate tailored, high-quality visual content while ensuring responsible and legally protected usage. For example, a customer requiring a specific image—like a generic building depiction—can leverage the platform to create customized visuals that enhance creativity beyond traditional stock imagery options.
Peter Orlowsky, SVP of Global Strategic Partnerships at Getty Images, highlighted the collaboration’s focus on delivering responsible and high-quality generative AI solutions. He emphasized the importance of providing creators and businesses with legally safe, commercially reliable visual content designed to meet diverse needs.

Matt Zeiler, CEO of Clarifai, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, underscoring its commitment to commercially safe and creator-respecting AI-generated visuals. He noted the collaboration’s alignment with meeting the growing demand for innovative AI solutions through a combined effort.
Clarifai offers its enterprise customers initial trial access to the new capabilities at no cost, with discounts available for higher usage volumes.
