This is the fifth time Five9 has won Aragon’s Innovation award for Intelligent Contact Centers, and last month Aragon also named Five9 a Leader in its Aragon Research Globe for Intelligent Contact Center. Throughout 2022, Five9 has delivered continuous innovation while helping organizations migrate to the cloud and address their business challenges. Recent enhancements to the Five9 platform include rich media for digital and voice channels, multi-modal engagement capabilities, real-time language translation, enhanced developer tools for Five9 IVA Studio users, and integrated analytics to optimize interactions.
‘We are honored to be recognized by Aragon Research for the fifth straight year, as we continue to advance our platform to help enterprises move into 2023, where customer experience will continue to be at the forefront for brands,” said Callan Schebella, EVP of Product Management at Five9. “We believe that this recognition reflects our continued focus on delivering on our vision of bringing collaborative intelligence to the contact center and providing the industry’s most modern platform for customer engagement.”
The Women in Technology award reflects the achievements of women who have demonstrated outstanding personal and professional growth and who have significantly contributed to the technology industry. Genefa was recognized for her leadership at Five9, and her continued success in building a world-class marketing department that is elevating brand recognition, attracting top talent, and positioning the company for growth ahead. She is also a Board Member for the Televerde Foundation, which delivers a robust workforce development program for incarcerated females in three U.S. prison facilities. The program focuses on personal wellness, workplace readiness, employment strategies, financial literacy, lifelong learning, and mentoring (referred to as the PATHS Program: Prepare Achieve and Transform for Healthy Success). Through this role Genefa shares her passion for CX alongside her passion for helping the community and being an advocate for all types of inclusion and diversity.
“As leaders, we have a responsibility to build a workplace culture where all people feel valued, and to embrace diversity, authenticity and trust, empower our employees, and support each other within our communities,” Murphy said. “I am honored to be recognized by Aragon Research, as they celebrate Women in Technology and call attention to the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion in the industry.”
