OpenText Introduces Partner Enterprise Learning Subscription at OpenText World 2024

On November 18, 2024, OpenText introduced a new Partner Enterprise Learning Subscription at OpenText World 2024, aimed at enhancing the skills of its partners while instilling confidence in customers regarding their partner choices. This initiative allows partners to develop essential skills on a large scale, ensuring they possess the necessary product expertise to meet customer needs effectively.

The subscription serves as a significant investment in OpenText’s Partner Network, offering a cost-effective training solution to address skill gaps and providing insights into team capabilities across various locations. Partners will benefit from flexible, unlimited access to self-paced training modules, hands-on lab environments, and certification vouchers. Furthermore, integrated training analytics will enable partners to track content engagement and skill development comprehensively.

For the first time, partners will have visibility into the certifications held by their team members, categorized by practitioner, product, and region. This transparency is crucial as OpenText now mandates product certification for individuals in partner organizations involved in technical roles.
