OneTrust, the market-defining platform helping organizations use data and AI responsibly, announced that Michael Schanker is joining the company’s executive team as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), reporting to CEO Kabir Barday. In his new role, Schanker brings a wealth of marketing and strategy expertise to accelerate awareness of OneTrust’s innovative solutions amid continued growth and international expansion. He will oversee product marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, and communications and brand teams.
Schanker joins OneTrust with nearly 25 years of experience in enterprise software, with leadership roles including CMO. He most recently served as EVP, Strategy for Coupa Software. During his five-year tenure, the company scaled from $300 million to $1 billion in revenue and established itself as the clear category leader in spend management.
