HubSpot has announced its agreement to acquire Dashworks, an AI-driven workplace search assistant, to further its vision of equipping every marketing, sales, and service professional with an AI assistant. Dashworks excels in simplifying business-wide search by connecting data across various platforms—including apps, emails, documents, and meetings—and summarizing key information. This acquisition aims to bolster HubSpot’s Breeze Copilot by integrating Dashworks’ deep search and reasoning capabilities, enabling users to query unstructured data using natural language.

For instance, marketers can retrieve the latest brand guidelines, sales representatives can check account statuses beyond the CRM, and customer experience teams can access specific knowledge base answers. Nicholas Holland, SVP and Head of AI at HubSpot, remarked, “What’s impressive about Dashworks is its simplicity—ask a question, and it instantly pulls information scattered across documents, messages, tickets, teams, and third-party apps. What used to take hours now takes seconds. We’re excited to integrate this powerful search into Copilot to create a true go-to-market assistant.” The Dashworks team, including co-founders Prasad Kawthekar and Pratyaksh Sharma, will join HubSpot’s AI product group to enhance search and context-gathering capabilities across Breeze.
