New Platform Enables Development of Tools and Apps for Cloud-Based Monitoring and AIOps
Zenoss Inc., a leader in AI-driven full-stack monitoring, announced the launch of its new public developer center. Zenoss has facilitated a user community for over 10 years, and it has become the de facto online gathering place for IT Ops and DevOps professionals. While the existing community focuses on crowdsourced development of extensions for the free Zenoss Community Edition product, the new developer center platform enables community development of tools for cloud-based IT monitoring and AIOps.

Zenoss Cloud annual recurring revenue grew by 45% in 2021 compared to 2020. The AI-powered Zenoss Cloud platform was launched in mid-2018 and has been the company’s flagship product, providing immediate root-cause analysis for IT service issues and using predictive analytics to prevent disruptions in modern, complex IT environments. The platform leverages artificial intelligence to analyze massive sets of machine data, build real-time IT service models across cloud and on-prem environments, and generate intelligent dashboards that visualize technological and business performance metrics.

The newly launched developer center enables Zenoss Cloud customers to build integrations, extensions and applications that bring even more data types into the Zenoss Cloud platform and deliver data-based insights for unprecedented context that streamlines troubleshooting, analysis and planning. The initial launch of the platform provides access to a ZenPack SDK, API documentation, training, and key updates for cloud developers.
