HubSpot is taking a big leap to strengthen its commerce capabilities with the acquisition of Cacheflow, a leading B2B solution for subscription billing management and configure, price, and quote (CPQ) automation. This move aims to streamline the quote-to-cash process and help businesses close deals faster and more efficiently.
Known for its robust customer platform tailored for growing businesses, HubSpot announced a definitive agreement to acquire Cacheflow. With this addition, HubSpot plans to enhance its existing suite of tools, offering more comprehensive subscription billing management and CPQ solutions to its users.
Since the launch of Commerce Hub in 2023, HubSpot has processed over $1 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV) through its straightforward invoicing and payment capabilities. Now, with Cacheflow in its portfolio, HubSpot is poised to further refine the buying experience for its customers by making the quote-to-cash process even smoother. This enhancement will enable businesses to manage revenue more effectively and speed up their payment collections, expanding HubSpot’s reach to a broader customer base.

“We’ve witnessed significant growth in Commerce Hub, providing our customers with a streamlined way to handle payments while keeping customer and transaction data unified,” said Yamini Rangan, CEO of HubSpot. “By integrating Cacheflow into our platform, we’re doubling down on our commitment to improving commerce, particularly in the areas of subscription billing and CPQ. Cacheflow has already established itself as a leader in this space, making it easier for companies to automate their sales process and accelerate revenue capture. We’re genuinely excited about the value this acquisition will bring to our Commerce Hub users.”
Cacheflow, recognized for its innovative approach to simplifying B2B software sales, offers a user-friendly platform that automates the sales flow from billing to subscription management. Its no-code solution allows businesses to quickly configure quotes, close deals via interactive links, and efficiently manage upselling and renewals.

Following the closing of the deal, Cacheflow will become a wholly owned subsidiary of HubSpot, marking a new chapter in HubSpot’s ongoing efforts to expand its commerce solutions for growing businesses.
