QLess Names James Harvey as CEO, Launches FUTURE CX Initiative to Help Organizations Improve Customer Engagement
SAP and Oracle veteran to expand virtual line management platform to meet changing market demands
QLess, an industry-leading provider of digital queue management solutions, announced that James Harvey has joined the company as chief executive officer. He was previously SVP of Product Development & Cloud Operations at SAP SuccessFactors, and also served as SVP and General Manager of IT Business Management at CA Technologies, and in leadership roles at Oracle subsidiary Taleo.
“The digitization of the customer experience has been in full swing for several years, and the pandemic has only accelerated this trend”
Harvey’s first initiative is to extend and expand the company’s industry-leading customer experience platform to meet quickly changing market requirements. “The digitization of the customer experience has been in full swing for several years, and the pandemic has only accelerated this trend,” Harvey says. “The Great Resignation, hybrid workforces, and urban exit are symptoms of people re-evaluating and re-prioritizing their most precious resource – their time. Organizations need to recognize this shift and respond immediately. QLess empowers them to improve the customer experience by eliminating lines, eliminating wait times, and providing people with the irreplaceable gift of time.”
Anders Richardson, Managing Partner at Palisades Growth Capital, says that the addition of Harvey to the leadership team is a welcome step in the company’s evolution. “QLess has been a very successful company in queue management market for many years, and we are excited to have James leading the company in our next phase of growth. He brings a world-class combination of product strategy and business development skills that will propel QLess forward as its mission expands beyond line management to powering the just-in-time customer experience.”
