Ignite Visibility Acquires Outliant to Strengthen Web Development and Multi-Location Marketing Capabilities

Ignite Visibility, a top-tier digital marketing agency, announced its acquisition of Outliant, a web development and digital marketing firm renowned for serving multi-location brands. This strategic move significantly expands Ignite Visibility’s technical capabilities and enhances its ability to meet the complex digital needs of enterprise-level clients.

With a strong foundation in advanced website development and optimization across multiple content management systems, Outliant brings deep technical acumen and a rich portfolio of successful projects. The acquisition adds to Ignite Visibility’s growing momentum, increasing the agency’s team to over 350 digital marketing professionals.

This milestone supports Ignite Visibility’s vision of becoming the premier national-to-local digital marketing partner, delivering end-to-end support for brands that rely heavily on local discoverability to drive customer growth.

As part of the integration, Erwan Lent, Co-founder of Outliant, will step into the role of Senior Vice President of Technology at Ignite Visibility.

This acquisition is Ignite’s strategic response to growing client demand for deeper technical expertise and customized support for complex web ecosystems, particularly in the multi-location space.

The Outliant acquisition marks Ignite Visibility’s second major transaction since its partnership with Mountaingate Capital in February 2023. Legal counsel for Mountaingate was provided by Morrison & Foerster LLP, with Potomac Business Capital and Baker Donelson serving as advisors to Outliant. Financing for the deal came from Capital Southwest Corporation.
