John Small Joins AiAdvertising as Chief Financial Officer

AiAdvertising, Inc., a next-generation AdTech company focused on harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for today’s marketing leaders, announced John Small has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Isabel Gongora, who held the position since October 2021. Small brings over 30 years of financial experience with a focus on strategy & operations, mergers & acquisitions, business development, and raising capital. In his role, he will be responsible for managing AiAdvertising’s finances, including tracking cash flow and overseeing financial planning.

Prior to his current position, Small previously held CFO and COO roles across a variety of industries including media, cryptocurrency, software, and fintech. Notably, he served as CFO of Roman DBDR Tech Acquisition Corp., where oversaw a successful merger transaction that was closed in December 2021, bringing CompoSecure Inc. (NASDAQ: CMPO) public with a $1.2 billion enterprise value. Small holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
