Smartly Data Reveals How AI and Cross-Channel Intelligence Are Reshaping Marketing
Smartly, the leading AI-powered ad tech platform, has released its seventh Digital Trends Report. It predicts that 2026 will bring a new age of predictive marketing. AI will change the old funnel into a lively customer journey. Based on insights from over 450 global marketers, the report highlights three key forces driving this change: the rise of AI-driven decision-making and outcomes, the convergence of social media, video, and CTV, and the rapid advancement of precision-first marketing. The findings show that 92% of marketers think AI boosts engagement. Also, one in three are using predictive modeling or AI-driven creative tools. Precision-first marketers use AI in their workflows and advertise on nearly twice as many platforms.
