Furia Rubel Communications, Inc., an award-winning, integrated marketing and public relations agency, has hired Isabelle Horan to serve as Digital Operations and Public Relations Coordinator. A former intern with the company, Horan helps design and implement social media campaign strategies and supports the adoption of digital and AI-focused marketing and communications tools.

Horan graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in forensic science and psychology and a minor in anthropology. During her undergraduate education, she completed coursework in areas of pattern analysis, forensic psychology, firearms identification, and forensic anthropology. Her studies have provided her with insights and methods for interpreting human behavior, culture, and communities.
At Furia Rubel, she draws upon her investigative training and understanding of social interaction to develop effective communication strategies, particularly interaction and community building on digital platforms.

Prior to joining Furia Rubel, Horan served as an executive assistant to a sustainable fashion brand, running social media accounts, analyzing trends, copywriting, managing an eCommerce website, and building a strong public image. A resident of Plumstead Township, Horan graduated from Central Bucks High School West in 2018.
