SymphonyAI Releases Advanced AI Features for the Revedia Platform, Empowering Media Organizations

New AI tools boost media companies’ ability to enhance content engagement and maximize revenue.

SymphonyAI, a pioneer in enterprise AI SaaS solutions, has rolled out powerful new AI features on its Revedia platform, designed to help media organizations better understand the performance of their FAST, AVOD, and TVOD content. SymphonyAI’s media division, which has been a trusted partner to over 300 clients in the industry, continues to provide data-driven solutions to optimize revenue through Revedia.

At the core of this release is the Media Copilot, an innovative tool that swiftly gathers insights, analyzes content performance, and presents data in ways that support smarter decision-making for media executives. Powered by SymphonyAI’s EurekaAI platform, the copilot leverages advanced large language models (LLMs) and integrates Microsoft Azure’s OpenAI Service, offering users enterprise-grade security, performance, and scalability. Introduced alongside Microsoft at NAB 2024, the copilot allows users to seamlessly interact with it within Revedia’s interface, simplifying workflows and enhancing content monetization.

Another key update is the automated title-matching feature, which addresses a longstanding issue in the media industry. Inconsistent naming conventions often complicate content identification, but this new AI-driven tool identifies and resolves title discrepancies automatically. This allows media organizations to attribute revenue correctly to their content, significantly reducing manual labor and saving valuable time.

Mark Moeder, president of SymphonyAI’s media division, added, “Streaming executives are constantly juggling multiple distributors and services to maximize revenue. With so many revenue models in play, the new AI capabilities on Revedia streamline data analysis, helping teams focus on strategy rather than manual processes.”

These advancements can ease the burden of data management and  empower media professionals to make data-driven decisions that fuel growth.
