A practical example is in employee onboarding. When a new hire signs a contract, a team of AI agents steps in. They collect key data, issue badges and credentials, assign IT gear, and set up a custom onboarding schedule. This automation saves time and lets human teams focus on strategic, creative, and valuable tasks.
In another recent project, Konecta used CrewAI’s orchestration framework to automate the voice agent testing process for a leading food ordering service. By running 1,000 full test conversations across 60 real-world scenarios, the company achieved a 96% reduction in QA cycle time-from 74 hours to just three.
To grow these skills, Konecta set up a Centre of Excellence. This center focuses on developing, certifying, and standardizing CrewAI skills for its global team.
