“We are thrilled to officially bring this experience to the U.S. and specifically our playground, NYC. CX Circle is no ordinary B2B event—we blur the lines between work and play. Our lineup of digital experience leaders will cover how they adapt to deliver growth, operate leaner and faster, and build customer trust—all while giving attendees a peek into the future and the new era of digital experience,” said Niki Hall, Chief Marketing Officer at Contentsquare.

“This new era of digital experience means customers are at the forefront: they are co-architects of their own digital experiences. This year, we’re focusing on helping brands understand customer intent, interpret their expectations, preferences and frustrations and deliver exceptional experiences while leveraging the latest technologies and innovations.”

Earlier this year, Contentsquare launched its latest innovations at CX Circle London, including CS Apps, Benchmarks and CS Retail Media. With one in three online experiences still frustrating users, Contentsquare’s AI-powered platform is designed to help businesses deliver better experiences across web and app channels. As part of its commitment to delivering better insights, faster, Contentsquare launched a dedicated taskforce to develop and add new products and capabilities leveraging generative AI to the company’s innovation roadmap.

Contentsquare’s CX Circle events are designed for digital professionals in Marketing, eCommerce, Product, Analytics and Operations. After landing in Melbourne, Tokyo, and London earlier this year, the digital experience analytics platform will continue its CX Circle World Tour after New York, with events planned in Paris among other top cities.
