Five9 is Set to Acquire Acqueon to Enhance Its Leading Omnichannel Outreach and Customer Journey Orchestration Solutions for Enterprises

Renowned for its Intelligent CX Platform, Five9 revealed on August 8, 2024, that it has reached a final deal to buy Acqueon, a pioneer in real-time revenue execution technologies. Five9’s goal to become the central orchestration engine for all customer interactions throughout the whole customer journey—including marketing, e-commerce, sales, and customer service—has advanced significantly with this purchase. Five9 intends to revolutionize the way companies communicate with their clients through AI-driven, omnichannel proactive engagement by incorporating Acqueon’s capabilities. This will guarantee that interactions take place at the most convenient moment and via the channel of choice.

As consumer expectations rise, businesses are increasingly seeking innovative methods to engage with customers who have specific preferences for communication timing and channels. Companies are looking for new solutions to proactively connect with customers in a personalized manner, whether for sales, collections, courtesy updates, emergency notifications, appointment reminders, and beyond.
