This is the eighth time the Firm has been recognized by this organization for its outstanding client service.

The CSIA is the body delegated by the International Council of Customer Service Organizations (ICCSO) to manage the International Service Excellence Awards. The judging criteria is aligned with the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS) and includes reviewing an organization’s culture, processes, procedures, training, hiring practices, and daily actions towards their customers.
