Windstream Enterprise (WE), a managed communications service provider, was named for the third consecutive year in Frost Radar™: North American UCaaS Market 2021, which evaluated UCaaS service providers on product portfolio, vision and strategy, research and development, scalability and other factors.

In the Frost Radar™: North American UCaaS Market 2021, only 31 of 125 UCaaS providers were selected for their growth and innovation leadership, based on their technology development roadmaps and effective go-to-market strategies.

“Windstream Enterprise is leveraging a proprietary platform to offer a robust, feature-rich UCaaS solution that differentiates it from others competing in the space,” said Elka Popova, vice president of Connected Work Research, Frost & Sullivan.

The report further claims that enterprises will be more likely to choose Windstream Enterprise’s UCaaS solution as a result of its “no risk” WE will Commitment, which demonstrates the company’s pledge to customer value through high service availability, free professional services, locked-in prices for the contract duration and satisfaction guarantees.

“The definition of ‘workplace’ has forever changed, and enterprises must now support on-site, hybrid and fully remote employees,” said Layne Levine, president, Windstream Enterprise. “Our technology is poised to deliver a superior and engaging employee and customer experience and support every organization as they navigate this changing business environment—and our service guarantees are second-to-none.
