Teradata Launches Autonomous Customer Intelligence Platform
Teradata has launched Autonomous Customer Intelligence, a new software-and-services solution built to convert raw data and customer signals into context-aware, real-time business actions at scale. The offering embeds intelligent agents across the data lifecycle-from building data products, detecting signals, interpreting context, to activating automated responses-drawing on Teradata’s four decades of domain knowledge and analytical IP. To support implementation at enterprise scale, Teradata is introducing AI Services to fill gaps in current data and AI strategies, beginning with a Customer Intelligence Maturity workshop to assess readiness and map tailored agentic deployment plans.

The initial use case focuses on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), enabling systems to not just predict future value but actively influence it through real-time signal-driven decisions.
