SugarCRM, provider of the award-winning AI-driven CRM platform, announced double-digit growth for fiscal year 2022 along with a record number of new customers signed worldwide.

Despite hurdles posed by the “Great Customer Resignation,” Sugar is outpacing the industry with strong customer win rates – reporting a nearly 60 percent increase in new customers signed (59%) year-over-year (YoY). Additionally, Sugar experienced year-over-year double-digit growth in revenue across all its major markets worldwide.
International markets continue to be a strong component of Sugar’s growth, with over half of the new clients coming from outside North America. Sugar signed new reseller and integration partners in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, as well as North America.

Sugar’s unrelenting focus on product innovation to let the platform do the work to make the hard things easier for sales, marketing, and customer service teams is paying off. Over its most recent fiscal year (February 2021 to January 2022), Sugar saw a 120 percent uptick in orders for Sugar’s unified platform empowering sales, marketing and service professionals. The company also recorded 154 percent YoY growth for Sugar Serve and 108 percent YoY growth for Sugar Sell.
Sugar has made significant investments to bring the powerful SugarPredict AI engine to its full platform portfolio. Additionally, Sugar excellence was recognized in the following key industry award programs over the past year:
