As part of the initial rollout, Krisp’s voice AI capabilities—including accent neutralization and noise cancellation—have been deployed on 10,000 Everise agent seats worldwide, with full-scale implementation expected in the coming months. The platform provides agents with a unified, real-time toolset that improves communication quality, breaks down language and accent barriers, and increases resolution speed—driving a more consistent and engaging customer experience across all channels.

Planned feature expansions include Agent Assist and real-time speech interpretation, both of which are slated for phased deployment as part of the evolving technology roadmap. These tools will further enhance Everise agents’ ability to deliver fast, personalized support that aligns with the dynamic expectations of today’s digital-first consumers.
